উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার বিপিন চন্দ্র বিশ্বাসের সভাপতিত্বে বিশেষ অতিথি ছিলেন উপজেলা ভাইস চেয়াম্যান আলহাজ ফরহাদ হোসেন মুন্সী, নারী ভাইস চেয়ারম্যান জিনিয়া আফরোজ হেলেন। বক্তব্য রাখেন ডা. ইসতিয়াক হাসান, আরোহী’র নির্বাহী পরিচালক এটিএম খোরশেদ আলম, এইড’র নির্বাহী পরিচালক প্রেমানন্দ ঘরামী, উপজেলা মাধ্যমিক সহকারী শিক্ষা অফিসার লিটু চট্টোপাধ্যায় প্রমূখ।
