On this occasion, a certificate distribution ceremony was organized at the office of the Pabna Deputy Commissioner on Monday.
DC Kabir Mahmud officially handed over the honorary crest to the UNO.
It may be mentioned that as soon as the new child was born as the UNO of Bhangura Upazila appeared with a bouquet of flowers, tree saplings and a certificate. He continuously well behaved with everyone and built a children’s park in the upazila compound.
UNO Asrafujjaman said in his response that he was very happy to receive this honor in recognition of his work.
